The best & quickest way to place an order is  to call us                                             at  650 235 0079  or by filling out our order form 

your order will only be confirmed once payment has been successfully made at the time of placing the order. We operate on a first-come, first-served basis, so if payment is not completed during this process, we cannot guarantee the availability of the product, and your order will not be processed or reserved.

we accept orders  for up-to 3 months in advance, the minimum advance notice recommended is 1 week  

No. We refrain from doing any writing on the cake since it distracts from the elegant style we aim for.

We are a private in-home studio, not open to the public.

We recommend picking  up  your cake the day of your event .
   

It is your responsibility to ensure that the cake will be stored and set up in an area that is climate-controlled to ensure that the cake remains intact and retains its original condition. High temperatures and humidity due to weather conditions and the lack of a cool environment at the appointed location may adversely affect the condition of the cake. basilflower patisserie  cannot be held responsible for unfavorable conditions at the cake’s destination. Please note that direct sunlight and temperatures of 72 degrees and higher may have drastic and adverse effects on any confection ordered.

you can pick up your order based during the pick up window  you have  agreed during order conformation.

basilflower patisserie  releases all responsibility for the condition of the product once pickup is complete .basilflower patisserie  will not be held responsible for the condition of an order after pick up is complete.

basilflower patisserie offers delivery  for a fee with in 30 miles of  our  cedar park location . delivery pricing  will vary based on timing and distance.we will arrange for the order to be delivered to the address provided at the agreed-upon time.

Customers must ensure a person is available to receive the delivery during the selected time slot. Once a product is delivered,  basilflower patisserie  releases all responsibility for the condition of the product. basilflower patisserie  will not be held responsible for the condition of an order after the venue or customer has received it.

Changes can be made to orders up to 10 days before the scheduled pick-up time.  Please call us to check if requested changes can be accommodated.

All baked goods contain wheat, soy, eggs, and dairy. Traces of soy and nuts may be present due to food being prepared in a kitchen where those ingredients are present. Please let  basilflower patisserie know if you suffer from any allergy or sensitivity when placing your order, so that we may take extra precautions, however, cross-contamination can occur.
